Pay dates changes

The district moved to semi-monthly pay (twice a month) to assist employees and streamline pay dates to the 5^th and 20^th for all staff.

As we continue to look at ways to improve our processes, we will be gradually moving our pay dates to the 10^th and 25^th to better coincide with our state and teacher retirement reporting guidelines.

To assist employees with future planning, the new pay schedule will be implemented according to the chart below:

This will begin for all employees on July 7, 2023.

Things to remember:

• If the 8^th or 23^rd falls on a weekend, you will be paid on the Friday before. For example, the first pay in July will be on Friday the 7^th, as the 8^th is a Saturday.
   
• If the 8^th or 23^rd is a holiday, you will be paid the day before the holiday. For example, November 23^rd is Thanksgiving; therefore you will be paid on the 22^nd.
