Electronic 2023 W-2 forms are now available to print
The employee SylogistEd (formerly known as Wengage) portal will allow employees to receive and print their W-2 statements electronically, which are now available.
Please review the following following instructions.
Opt-in to e-Consent instructions:

Note, once you opt-in you will continue to receive the forms via electronic delivery each year.
Employees opted-in to e-Consent:
- Login to the portal (Login issues, please visit this webpage.)
- Click "IRS e-Consent tab."
- Select tax year. Note: the drop down button is to the far right.
- Choose the form to download/print.
Employees elect not to opt-in to e-Consent:
- A paper form will be available at your site by Monday, Jan. 29.
Note: All provisional and former employees will receive paper tax forms via US Mail to their home address. If you have moved from the address in your BAPS personnel file, please contact BAPS HR office via email: hrdesk@baschools.org.
