BAPS offers free CommunityCare Employee Assistance Program

Broken Arrow Public Schools' Employee Assistance program (EAP) is an employee benefit separate from health insurance and is paid for by the employer. There is no charge to the employee for the assessment process that EAP provides. View and print flier for more information.

An EAP is specifically designed to assist employees, as well as their dependents, cope with problems they may be experiencing in either their home or work environments. EAP provides coverage to both the employee, as well as their dependents. Dependents are defined as anyone who resides in the employee’s home and anyone that the employee is financially responsible for.

Please keep in mind that an EAP is not limited; it is for any problem. Problems include family, anger, depression, marital conflict, relationships, stress, parenting, separation / divorce, alcohol, drugs, job related, grief, mental, emotional and any other area causing concern.

For confidential EAP assistance, please call 918-594-5232 or 800-221-3976 Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. For after hours, CommunityCare also have a 24-hour crisis line that is answered by a licensed mental health professional 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
