Enrollment Dates for the 2023-24 School Year

(All grades are currently open for enrollment for the 2022-23 school year.)


Feb. 1, 2023 Employee Only 2023-24 Pre-K Enrollment
Feb. 23, 2023 All Things Pre-K Parent Forum
March 1, 2023 2023-24 Open Pre-K Enrollment
April 1 - May 31, 2023 In-district transfer applications open for 2023-24
April 4, 2023 *Returning Student Registration begins at sites for 2023-24
April 27, 2023 Kindergarten 101
May 2, 2023 Kindergarten Only Open Enrollment for 2023-24
June 1, 2023 All Grades - Open Enrollment for 2023-24
June 1,2023 Required annual Returning Student Registration moves to Enrollment Center (PK-8th only) and will return to sites when they reopen in August. Parents may continue RSR at BAFA and BAHS during the summer.


*Returning Student Registration (RSR) is required annually for all BAPS students. This process not only verifies residency, but serves as the annual health form/immunization review, annual FERPA acknowledgment, captures economically disadvantaged status, transportation needs, virtual academy interest, address changes, and allows families to update their phone numbers, emails, emergency contacts, etc. Accurate student data is extremely important to the district.

**Please note: All enrollment services can be completed online with the exception of immunization exemption forms. Original forms are required by the Oklahoma Health Department and must be brought to the Enrollment Center.
