Sign up for electronic tax forms

The employee portal will allow employees to receive and print their W-2 statements and Form 1095-C electronically. Employees who have elected to receive their tax forms by electronic delivery will continue to receive them electronically each year unless the election is changed by notifying payroll. 

Employees wanting to OPT IN to receive these forms electronically need to follow the directions in this instruction document to enroll in this option. If you choose not to receive your tax forms electronically, a paper form will be sent to you through school mail and handed out by the site secretary.
