New Student Enrollment for 2021-22 school year

To enroll (grades Pre-K - 12) for 2021-22 school year, parents/guardians do not have to visit the enrollment center if required documents are uploaded correctly. Details are listed below.

The enrollment office is open. We encourage you to use the online portal to schedule an appointment to ensure you have no wait when you arrive. Appointment hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the last appointment being at 3:30 p.m. Parents/guardians may schedule an appointment onlineNote: An account must be created prior to scheduling an appointment. Transportation for Pre-K students to and from the Early Childhood Centers is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian.

How to enroll:

Student must be four years old by Sept. 1, 2021 to enroll in Pre-K. For kindergarten, students must be five years old by Sept. 1, 2021.

Step 1Gather required documents (pdf) (PLEASE NOTE: The enrollment center does not obtain your required documents for you. The school site will only request a student’s cumulative file from the previous school after the student is enrolled. Therefore, you must provide your student’s birth certificate and immunization record at the time of enrollment).

Step 2:  Please access the online application link (English | Spanish) from any device with internet access. Enrollment Services will email the parent when the registration is submitted. Then the parent will also receive the approval email stating the student’s enrollment is completed and the student may attend school.  

In addition to the required documents list (pdf), if the following applies to your child, please upload or provide the these documents when you enroll.

  • Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card
  • Proof of Tribal Membership
  • Special Education documents including any IEPs
