2024-25 High School Enrollment Information

High school enrollment process will take place from Wednesday, Feb. 7 through Wednesday, Feb. 21

During those dates, students will be in the process of choosing their courses for the upcoming school year with their current teachers during class time. The instructions and completion of the enrollment process will take place during their advisory class. English, math, history, science, and elective teachers will make course recommendations for each of their students during class time. These teacher recommendations will serve as the beginning point for students and parents to evaluate, discuss, and make the final decision about course requests for next school year.

The 2024-25 high school course planning guide can be reviewed for a list of offered courses. To help select appropriate courses, the students can download the following high school graduation checklist:

Students Graduating in 2027

Current unofficial transcript/grades will be available starting Feb. 1 in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. A review of the transcript will assist students and parents in seeing what courses students have successfully completed, so that they can better plan what students still need to take in order to satisfy graduation requirements while exploring their own individual interests. Graduation checklists will be completed through each student’s advisory class on Wednesday, Feb. 7. In addition, students will receive their enrollment card on Wednesday, Feb. 14 to be completed and returned to their English teacher no later than Friday, Feb. 23.

Students and parents are also encouraged to view the Project Pathways on the district’s website for more information on opportunities available for Broken Arrow students.

The enrollment process allows students and parents the time and opportunity to make informed decisions on which courses to request for next year. Students and parents are welcome to attend the Enrollment Information Night to receive guidance on completing the enrollment card, choosing course requests for next year and graduation requirements. This Enrollment Information Night will be on Thursday, Feb. 8 with two sessions one from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and one from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the high school.

Once students have made their course selections, parents will be able to review the requests by looking over their child’s enrollment card. Students and parents will sign the enrollment card and the student will turn the card into their English teacher no later than Friday, Feb. 23. Counselors will be visiting with their students individually Feb. 26 through March 14. These conferences will be held during the students’ English classes.
