Teacher Access Center (TAC) and eSchoolPlus
If you have an inquiry or issue with Teacher Access Center (TAC) or eSchoolPLUS (eSP), please follow these steps:
- If you are a teacher, please contact your site's Fusion Instructional Leader (FIL). They are trained to assist with features within TAC.
- If your FIL was unable to resolve your issue, please fill out a Service Desk ticket. A member of the Student Data Management Team will be in contact with you to get the details necessary to resolve your issue.
- You can expect to receive communication regarding the status of your request within two (2) school/working days.

For your convenience, the BAPS technology department has developed TAC online training videos to spark your memory. To access the videos, please visit BA Fusion and click on the Video Tutorials link.
If you are new teacher to BAPS and need information on the gradebook, attendance, etc., please watch this short intro video that will provide you with the information needed to complete the training sessions. The training sessions can be accessed at baps.instructure.com.
You will select your training module based on the grade level you teach (e.g. PreK - 2nd, 3rd - 5th, or 6th - 12th).
If you teach more than one grade level, please select the training module that encompasses the highest grade level you teach.
If you encounter any issues with the training or have questions, please fill out a Service Desk ticket.
