Paperless Payroll Instructions

The following are instructions for retrieving paycheck information (paperless payroll):

Click on the link called “Paperless Payroll“ under the Quick Links to your right.

The user name will be: bak12okus\your email logon name (ex. bak12okus\jsmith)

The password you will use is your password for daily login.
(If you do not have district email, it will be your Employee number)

It will take a few seconds to logged on. If you are having problems logging in, please contact our Help Desk at 918.258.1585 (M-F, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).


After logging in, you will have a choice of Employee Information, Pay Stub Information, Leave Balances or Staff Development Balances. Click the tab you wish to view or select.

Example: If you wish to look at a pay stub, choose from the drop down box, which check you want to select and then press the Load Pay Period Data. You may then print out your selection by pressing the printer button. When printing, choose Current Page only.

For Pay Stub Information: choose the pay period you want to print, click Load Pay Period Data.

You have all the data for your paystub ready to print off.

Leave Balances are shown in number of days available.

Be sure and logout of the system when finished. The logout button is in the upper right hand corner (little door with a green arrow).
