Employee paystub information

Wengage/Paperless Payroll is used by employees of Broken Arrow Public Schools to access paystub information, leave balances and other employee related information.

New Employees

New employees will receive an email to their employee email address with instructions. Any new employee who will not have access to a district email address (i.e., substitute teachers, etc.) will need to email iaccounting@baschools.org from an email address at which he/she will be able to receive a response with the username and Account Activation Code.


Account Recovery Option

The Account Recovery Option within the paperless payroll system will allow employees to use the "Forgot Password" feature. If the Account Recovery Option is not set up by the employee, the "Forgot Password" feature will not work.


How to set up Account Recovery Option

Please email iaccounting@baschools.org for instructions on how to set up Account Recovery Option feature. New employees will receive this information via email.

When are emails answered?

The iAccounting inbox is monitored periodically during normal business hours (Monday - Friday / 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). If you send a message during this time, your request will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. If you are emailing outside of these hours, you will receive a response when normal business hours resume.


Add or Change Direct Deposit

To add or change your direct deposit, please use the Direct Deposit form. This form will need to be sent to the human resources department at the Education Service Center.


Submit Leave Request

Broken Arrow Public Schools employees use Frontline (formerly known as Aesop) to input leave request. Questions? Please contact Rachel Reece at 918-259-7744 in the human resources department.
