Sue Katterhenry, PrincipalE-mail Ms. Katterhenry Sue Katterhenry has been married for 36 years and has two married children and three wonderful grandchildren. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Elementary and Special Education and obtained her master’s degree from Northeastern State University. Her teaching career began in St. James, Missouri in a high school special education class. She also taught special education in Shreveport, Louisiana, Conroe, Texas, Kellyville, Oklahoma and Shawnee Mission, Kansas. She came to Broken Arrow Public schools in 1991 as a special education teacher and taught 4th & 5th grade before becoming an assistant principal at Country Lane Elementary in 2001. In 2003, she became the principal of Country Lane Elementary, moving to the 4th & 5th Grade Center in 2009. Katterhenry was named Country Lane Teacher of the Year in 1997 and was named a top ten district finalist. Each of the last two years at the 4th & 5th Grade Center, Katterhenry led her students and staff to attain the honor of Great Expectations Model School. As a principal, she believes that high expectations and engaging students in active learning result in high levels of learning for every student. Katterhenry loves to spend time with her family and three adorable grandchildren. For fun and relaxation, she loves traveling to tropical destinations. |

Todd Greathouse joined Broken Arrow Public Schools in 2007 as a fourth grade instructor at Rhoades Elementary. He began his administrative career at Country Lane Elementary in 2008. |
