The transcript is one of the most important documents in a high school student's career. It contains a student's entire academic history. Below is information on obtaining a Broken Arrow High School academic transcript.

Current 10 - 11 Grade Students

Transcripts can be ordered by emailing Stephanie Walters at swalters@baschools.org.

Current 12 Grade Students

Transcript request procedures for current seniors.

Previously Enrolled Students

Email the registrar directly at swalters@baschools.org. Email response time will be within 72 hours. In order to process a transcript or records request, please provide the following information:

Date of Birth
Year of Graduation

Please note: Unfortunately, students that graduated 2009 or before will have a significant delay in receiving a transcript. We apologize for the delay.


Transcripts sent electronically to a university are free.

Please note that at this time transcripts can only be sent directly to colleges and cannot be sent by email

Please Note: Broken Arrow Public Schools does not keep copies of diplomas.
