 Jamie Milligan, PrincipalE-mail Ms. Milligan Jamie Milligan graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education in 1996 and began teaching first grade at Okmulgee Public Schools. She served as assistant principal in Okmulgee from 2001 to 2004; spending two years at the primary level and one year at the secondary level. In 2002 she received her Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Oklahoma State University. She moved to Broken Arrow in 2004 to become principal at Oak Crest Elementary. She was assigned to the position of Director of Basic Programs from August 2006 until February 2009. At that time she became the principal at Country Lane Elementary, and continues to serve the District in this capacity. Mrs. Milligan is a member of CCOSA (Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration). She was also Teacher of the Year for Okmulgee Public Schools in 2000 while she was teaching first grade. She is married to Dustin Milligan. She has two children; Trevor and Kennedie, and two stepchildren; Daxx and Cade. Mrs. Milligan loves spending time with her family along with reading and fishing. |

Terry Carner joined the Broken Arrow Public Schools system in September 1998 as a half day Assistant Principal and half day 5th grade teacher. Before coming to Broken Arrow she was employed at Glenpool Public Schools where she taught elementary for fifteen years. Mrs. Carner served as Interim Principal for a short time at Westwood Elementary and accepted the position of Principal for the 2000-2001 school year. She has served as Principal of Westwood since that time. Mrs. Carner joined the Country Lane Primary staff as Assistant Principal beginning 2011-2012. Mrs. Carner graduated from Liberty Mounds High School. She began her college career at Tulsa Community College and later transferred to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in education. Mrs. Carner later earned her Masters degree in Administration from NSU. She has been married to Jackie Carner, a rural fire coordinator, for 34 years. They are the proud parents of two daughters and one son-n-law.
