Nathaniel Hutchings, Principal
Nate Hutchings grew up as a “Pastor’s Kid” and has lived in Iowa, West Virginia, North Carolina and Oklahoma. He graduated from Bristow High School in 2001 and attended the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. Mr. Hutchings earned a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and began his teaching career in 2007, teaching third and fourth grade in Columbia, Mo. While in Columbia, Mr. Hutchings attended the University of Missouri and earned his master’s degree in 2013. After moving back to Oklahoma in 2013, he began teaching with Broken Arrow Public Schools at Country Lane Intermediate. While at Country Lane Intermediate, he taught fifth grade. In 2014, Mr. Hutchings transitioned to administration as an assistant principal at Oliver Middle School.
Nate and his wife, Leah, have three children, Faith, Lainie and Noah. He enjoys going to church, hunting, sports, running and most of all spending time with his family.
