  • Communication Practices - Many of you have highlighted the effectiveness of our current communication channels, particularly the use of text messages and emails. We are pleased that these methods are keeping you well informed, and we look forward to increasing use of those tools most commonly preferred by our community.

  • Financial Transparency - Some participants have raised concerns about financial transparency. We understand the importance of clear and detailed financial reporting, which is why our financial documents are made public on our website. You can find them here.

  • Parent and Community Engagement - The desire for greater engagement in school-sponsored events and activities was a common theme. We recognize the importance of fostering strong relationships within our school community, and we are continuously exploring ways to increase participation and involvement. While many feel that the current frequency is just right, others suggested there might be a need for adjustment. Striking the right balance is essential to ensure that all stakeholders feel adequately informed without being overwhelmed.

  • Diverse Information Needs - Lastly, participants have expressed the need for a wider range of information, including updates on school events, academic progress, safety measures, and more. This diversity in information needs is important to us, and we are committed to addressing them more thoroughly moving forward.
