Virtual Academy, located at 419 S. 9th Street, will host a Meet Your Teacher and Chromebook Pickup event on Monday, Aug. 10, 3:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

All grade levels are invited to this event; however, Chromebook Pickup will be for the following students:

• Elementary students

• Incoming 6th and 7th graders

• New students in grades 8-12 who need a Chromebook

If parents/guardians haven’t provided online proof of residency, which includes two required annual forms, please visit www.baschools.org/AnnualOnlineRegistrationUpdate. This MUST be completed in order to start the new school year.

Chromebook insurance must also be purchased to start the new school year. If families decide to opt out of purchasing insurance, there will be an opportunity for parents to sign an opt out form to take responsibility of damage/lost/stolen devices.
