Please see the schedule for in-person schedule pickup events at Oliver Middle School:

Tuesday, August 5 | 3:30–6:30 p.m.

• 6th Grade Only

• Parent Orientation for 6th Grade & New Students at 6:30 p.m. in the Oliver Gymnasium

Thursday, August 7 | 3:30–6:30 p.m.

• 7th & 8th Grade Only

To participate in schedule pickup, please address the following tasks for each student enrolled at Oliver this year:

• Annual Online Registration Update (AROU)

  • If not already complete: required for returning students via Parental Portal.)

• Chromebook Insurance 

  • Must be addressed annually. This is considered a school supply for middle school students. 

• TDAP (7th Grade Only) 

  • Submit documentation to dwaits@baschools.org or fax (918) 250-8185

  • Caring Van Information

• Media Center Holds (7th & 8th Grade Only)

  • Ms. Stephens contacted families with outstanding items before summer break.
