Updating Contact Information

Note: Address updates/changes are processed through Enrollment Services - please call 918-259-7400

Please update your contact information if your phone numbers or email change. The contact information listed in HAC is what the district and school sites have on file for your student. These are the phone number(s) that will be called to notify parents/guardians of school-hour and non-school-hour emergencies, weather-related announcements and school closings, absence notifications, school/district announcements, reminders and more.

To Update Your Contact Information in HAC:

  • Login to HAC
  • From the Daily Summary page, click the Registration link on the top navigation bar, right-hand side.
  • You will now see the Contact Information Page the district has on file for you.
  • You will be able to view the other guardian's contact information, but you will not be able to edit their contact information.
  • Update the highlighted fields, and don't forget to click save. 

Below is a portion of how the Contact Information Page inside HAC will appear. Please make sure the district has your current information in the fields below.  An explanation of each field is below the image. 

Guardian:  Your name should appear here. (This is not an editable field.)

Email:  Current email address.

Preferred Number:  This field must be completed if you decide not to provide your cell phone number. This field is for your preferred number that you would like to be contacted in the event of a school-hour or non-school-hour emergency. This number will not be called for general autocall notifications/announcements; it will only be called for emergency autocalls, weather announcements and absence notifications. If you have an emergency contact for your student that is not you, please let your school site know and they can be added to your student's record. 

Cell or Mobile:  This field is for mobile/cell phones only, and by providing your phone number, you agree to receive phone calls on your cell phone that might include school-hour and non-school-hour emergencies, weather-related announcements and school closings, absence notifications, school/district announcements, reminders and more.

Residential Landline:  This field is for landlines only and will receive phone calls that might include school-hour and non-school-hour emergencies, weather-related announcements and school closings, absence notifications, school/district announcements, reminders and more.

Work:  This field is for information only and will not be used for autocall notifications/announcements.
