The transcript is one of the most important documents in a high school student's career. It contains a student's entire academic history. Below is information on obtaining a Broken Arrow High School academic transcript.
Current 10 - 11 Grade Students
Transcripts can be ordered in room "Main 102" located in the new building in the front office between 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the BAHS campus.
Current 12 Grade Students
Previously Enrolled Students
Students not currently enrolled may order transcripts in the following manner.
In person: Transcripts can be ordered in room "Main 102" located in the new building in the front office between 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the BAHS campus. The address is 1901 E. Albany, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012. Orders in person will be processed the same day.
By phone: Students can call the registrar at 918-259-4725 to order a transcript. Student may also leave a voice mail, which will be answered within 24 hours.
By email: Students can email the registrar directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information listed below. Email response time will be within 72 hours.
By fax: Colleges and High Schools may fax the counseling office for student records at 918-355-3676, attention Stephanie Walters. Faxed requests will be processed on the same day.
Transcripts that are picked up from the BAHS Registrar or sent electronically to a university are free.
In order to process a transcript or records request, please provide the following information:
Date of Birth
Year of Graduation
