Middle School schedule pickup to take place Aug. 11-12, parents must complete online module

In order for students in grades 6-8 to receive their schedules, Broken Arrow parents/guardians must complete the “Passport to Success” module within their child’s Canvas account by logging in with student credentials. These modules will be available beginning Aug. 5.

All parents/guardians will be asked to complete a digital checklist of items, which will include residency verification (if not yet completed), Tdap immunization proof (7th grade only) and Chromebook insurance (if not yet completed) in order to receive their child’s schedule.

There is an in-person schedule pickup for all middle schools on the following dates:

  • Grades 7 & 8: Wednesday, Aug. 11, 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Grades 6: Thursday, Aug. 12, 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (There is a parent orientation scheduled at 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)

Parents/guardians will have the option to complete the Passport to Success module and have their student’s schedule emailed to them OR to complete the Passport to Success module and then come to the site to pick up/walk the schedule.

Computer stations will also be set up for parents/guardians to complete the process at the school site if they do not have a computer at home or if they need help.

Chromebooks will be distributed to all students during the first week of school and not at schedule pickup.
