$20 physicals for student-athletes, Pride members scheduled for May 8
Launch the media gallery 1 playerAll Broken Arrow Public Schools students enrolled in a sport or the Pride of Broken Arrow are required to have a physical dated after May 1, 2023, on file to participate in BAPS activities/events for the 2023-24 school year.
On Monday, May 8, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., doctors from Tulsa Bone & Joint and Ascension St. John Broken Arrow will be at Broken Arrow High School's Tiger Field House, located on the west side of the high school campus at 1901 E. Albany, to provide physicals.
The sports medicine staff asks that you contact your head coach or band teacher to find out what time you will meet as a team. After meeting as a team, in a location that is provided by your head coach or band teacher, you will walk over to Tiger Fieldhouse together to check-in at the following times:
- 5:30 p.m. – Football
- 6 p.m. – Cheer, Boys and Girls Basketball
- 6:15 p.m. – Volleyball, Softball, Baseball
- 6:30 p.m. – Girls & Boys Track Field / Cross Country, Girls & Boys Tennis, Boys & Girls Golf, Tigettes
- 6:45 p.m. – Boys & Girls Soccer, Girls & Boys Wrestling, Girls & Boys Swimming
- 7 p.m. - All Pride Band Members
The cost to receive a physical is $20 and can be purchased online at GoFan.co. This link will remain open until 4:30 p.m. the day of the physicals, May 8. Cash, Venmo or CashApp payment will be accepted at the door, but it is strongly encouraged to pre-register and pay through GoFan.co. No refunds will be issued.
Students are required to print, complete and bring the two-page physical evaluation form with them to their physical.
Tulsa Bone and Joint and Ascension St. John physicians are providing the courtesy screening physicals. Additional follow-up may be required with your primary care doctor or other physicians. All money collected is donated back to the Broken Arrow High School Athletic Training Program.
