Chromebook support no longer available starting Aug. 3
Broken Arrow Public Schools is offering Chromebook support at the Freshman Academy located at 301 W. New Orleans on the following days until Thursday, July 30. Parents/students should ring the doorbell located near the front doors, and a Chromedesk teacher will come outside to support your chromebook needs.
- Monday: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This is to support students with district-issued Chromebooks that are not functioning. Chargers can be purchased for $30 during the support days. Chargers are not covered by insurance unless you provide the damaged charger that was issued with the Chromebook.
If a student is unenrolling from BAPS, the Chromebook and charger can be turned in during one of the above support sessions. This will meet one of the district's unenrollment requirements.
Starting Monday, Aug. 3, there will no longer be Chromebook support at the Freshman Academy due to Chromebook distribution preparation for the upcoming school year. Support will begin again at the Freshman Academy on the first day of school, Aug. 19.
