Procedure to request final transcript for Class of 2020
The following is the process for the Class of 2020 to request a final transcript.
Request a transcript after July 15, 2020:
a) In Person:
Transcripts can be ordered in room Main 102 located in the front office between 7:30 a.m. and 3 pm, Monday-Thursday, at the BAHS campus. The address is 1901 E. Albany, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
Orders requested in person will be processed the same day.
b) By phone:
Students may call the school registrar at 918-259-4725 to order a transcript. Students may also leave a voice mail which will be answered within 24 hours.
c) By email:
Students can email the school registrar directly at swalters@baschools.org with the information listed below. Every attempt is made to answer emails within 24 hours.

- Year of Graduation
