Transcript request procedure for current seniors

Transcripts for colleges (initial transcript)

  • Log into Naviance - continue with single sign on-use your BA Google credentials
  • Click "Colleges" in upper right corner of page
  • Click “Colleges I’m Applying to”
  • Click pink/white plus sign
  • Step 1- Enter the college/university you are applying to
  • Click "Add and Request Transcript"
  • Step 2- Add type of transcript you are requesting (choose initial transcript, do not check final transcript until May 2021)
  • Click "Request and Finish"
  • To complete your application via the Common App. Please use Mrs. Carr or Mrs. Haas as your assigned counselor on the Common App.

Students last name L-Z:  Mrs. Kristin Carr, kecarr@baschools.org


Transcripts for personal use or need to be mailed

  • Log into Naviance - continue with single sign on-use your BA Google credentials
  • Click “Colleges” in upper right corner of page
  • Click “Apply to College” then “Manage Transcripts”
  • Click the pink/white plus sign, then click “Other Transcripts”
  • Add “What type of transcript you are requesting?” and “What is this transcript for?”
  • Enter your name as “Recipient”
  • Click "Request and Finish"
  • Your transcript will be available 24 hours from time of your request.
  • Transcripts can be picked up in Mrs. Miler office (Main 122) located at the College and Career Center.
  • When you check the status of your transcript on Naviance, personal transcripts that have been processed will have the date of processing listed under “Mailed”.
