Oneta Ridge to host Academic Advisement Night for 5th grade students Feb. 12
In an effort to provide middle school students and parents with information about academic programming offered at Broken Arrow Public Schools, Oneta Ridge is hosting an Academic Advisement Night at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12 for students currently in the 5th grade.
Topics and breakout sessions include information about fine arts, honors classes, technology (STEM programs, Gateway to Technology and computer courses) and enrollment information. There will also be a Q &A session for parents to participate in. Parents are encouraged to attend the opening session and also the breakout sessions to gain more knowledge about middle school.
Middle school counselors will be visiting soon at each of the elementary sites and will provide an enrollment package to all the 5th grade students for the student to take home.
