Current Student Enrollment

Enrollment for current students attending Broken Arrow Public Schools takes place each spring semester. In recent years BAPS has seen unprecedented enrollment growth, and in order to ensure that each and every student has access to the best education, parents must turn in proof of residency/address each year.

The course planning guides for middle school, Freshman Academy and high school can be found under our Academics section.

Current students who are entering Kindergarten through 5th grade for the next school year typically re-enroll in May at their school site.

Middle School

Enrollment for the upcoming school year is usually in February.

Counselors from middle school sites visit each elementary school to help current 5th grade students enroll for next school year and help make the transition into middle school seamless and exciting. The counselors at each school site will also meet with their current 6th and 7th graders to help them prepare for enrollment.

Freshman Academy

Enrollment for the upcoming school year is usually in February.

The Broken Arrow Freshman Academy enrollment counselors visit each middle school site to help prepare current 8th graders for their next step and enrollment for the next school year.

High School (10-12)

High School students will have an opportunity to speak directly with their counselor to help ensure students have signed up for the correct classes based on their transcript history. Enrollment for the upcoming school year is usually in February.

Upcoming juniors and seniors have opportunities to earn college credit while still in high school through programs such as PreAP/AP, concurrent enrollment and options through TulsaTech.

To learn more about concurrent enrollment through Tulsa Community College (TCC) and Northeastern State University (NSU), please contact Tisha MacDonald at trmacdonald@baschools.org or 918-259-4716.

A Tulsa Technology Center representative is available in the College and Career Office a few days each week to help students with applications and information.

A TCC representative will be available during the enrollment days to answer questions and assist students in the admissions process.
