Concurrent enrollment program is now enrolling students for 2018 fall semester

Concurrent enrollment program is an alliance between Broken Arrow Public Schools, Tulsa Community College and Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow. Through this program, junior and senior students can attend college courses during the school day through TCC at NSU-BA and receive both high school credit and college credit at a reduced cost.

Incoming juniors and seniors can enroll up to two classes per semester in this program for the 2018-19 school year.

Benefits

  • The cost for seniors is $93.50 per semester for two classes.
  • The cost for juniors is $201.70 per semester for two classes. (There is a rate reduction for juniors that qualify for Oklahoma Promise.)
  • Comp I and College Algebra will be offered on the high school campus through TCC. (Seating is limited.)
  • Cost includes tuition, fees and transportation. Books are loaned from BAHS at no extra cost.
  • Transportation is provided by BAPS to and from the NSU-BA campus.

Concurrent Enrollment Program Requirements

  • Seniors need to score 19 or higher on the ACT or have a 3.0 GPA.
  • Juniors need to score a 21 or higher on the ACT or have a 3.5 GPA.

Concurrent Enrollment Program Process

  • Apply for TCC admission online. After submitting the online admission application, a TCC Student ID number will be emailed within 2-5 days. This id number is needed for the enrollment form below.
  • Fill out 1A and 1C on the enrollment form and return this along with the tuition fee to the lead counselor, Ms. MacDonald, in the counseling office.
