Title III Program
The Broken Arrow Public Schools Title III Program provides instructional and community services for the students and families of English Language Learners, Immigrant students and Bilingual students in grades PreKindergarten thru twelfth grade.
Students in Broken Arrow Public Schools represent over 50 different countries and 57 different languages.
The mission statement of the Title III Program is:
To provide high quality, research-based English language instruction as well as cultural and community support in order to engage ELL, bilingual and immigrant students in English language development and grade-level academic standards in order to become successful and productive community members.
