BAPS Tigettes program
Broken Arrow Public Schools has a amazing dance team called the Tigettes! In 1975, the Tigettes started as a drill team and since then have become a dance team, doing Kick, Jazz, and Pom routines. Any student in 8th through 12th grade can tryout for the Tigettes.
Varsity Tigettes will take a 1st hour class and occasionally meet after school when they are preparing for upcoming events. The JV Tigettes will have 6th hour and/or after school class/practices. 8th grade only meets after school three days a week from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
The Tigettes preform at all home football and basketball games and several community events. They will also be busy year round, with summer camps and competition in the fall as well as national competition in January or February for each year.
