Speech and Debate

The Broken Arrow Speech and Debate team capped off an amazing year of competition at the State tournament.  With 3 Academic All Americans, recently crowned state champions in Public Forum Debate, and a state tournament where almost all Broken Arrow competitors were state finalists, the program is thriving.  But, we need you!  We need students in grades 9-12.  The team is looking for speakers, debaters, actors, people who think they’re funny, people who think they have something to say, students who keep up with the news, and students who just love learning. If you have an interest in joining the team, we are hosting interviews at the High School in room B162 after school Tuesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 25. Please complete the google sign-up which can be found in the SMS Student Life announcements in Canvas.
