Mark Officer grew up on a farm in Northwest Kansas, graduating from Cheylin High School in 1989. He attended John Brown University, where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in education. He taught middle and high school science for 6 years while attending ORU part time. After receiving a Masters in Public School Administration he became an assistant principal at Oliver Middle School. He served the next 9 years as an assistant at both the middle and high school levels. He began serving as Principal of Oliver in July of 2010. |

Jill Whitaker grew up in Kentucky where she earned both her bachelors and masters degrees from Eastern Kentucky University. She began her teaching career in 1999, teaching 7th and 8th grade mathematics and language arts. After moving to Oklahoma, she began teaching at Park Lane Elementary in 2005. While at Park Lane she taught 5th grade and gifted education. Jill served as the assistant principal at Park Lane during the 2010-2011 school year and is currently entering her second year as assistant principal at Oliver Middle School. Jill and her husband Jason have three children, Taryn, Cameron and Hayden. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and watching her kids play sports. |

Steve Dunn grew up in Midwest City, Oklahoma, graduating from Carl Albert High School. He earned a bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University, after playing college football at the United States Air Force Academy. After spending 2 years on the football staff at OSU, Dunn accepted a coaching position at the University of Central Oklahoma; a position he held for the next 3 years. While at UCO, he earned a Masters of Education degree and was the director of freshman orientation for incoming student-athletes. He has been at Oliver Middle School as a teacher in the Student Alternative Center for the past 2 years, while also serving as the Co-Defensive Coordinator for the Broken Arrow football program. Steve and his wife, Michelle, are proud members of the Broken Arrow community. |
