Cultural Summer school Pow Wow
JOM Cultural Summer School had their first Pow Wow on June 23, 2011. Cultural Summer school student, Autumn Girod and her family, were gracious enough to instruct our students and preside over our Pow Wow. Our students, led by Jerry Girod and family, participated in the Grand Entry. All the elementary summer school students were invited to participate with our Cultural summer school students during the Pow Wow. We were so pleased to have singer, Lance Goodfox, and drummers from the Indian Health Resource center, including our districts own Johnny Diacon. Thanks to all who made this event possible!
