Johnson O'Malley (JOM) Services
To be eligible for services through Broken Arrow Public Schools Johnson O'Malley Program, the student must be enrolled in Broken Arrow Public Schools and the parent must (1) Complete a 506 form at the Title VII/JOM office located at 210 North Main St. at Central on Main. (2) Provide the students tribal membership card.
