Enrollment in Indian Education
To be eligible for services through Broken Arrow Public Schools Indian Education Programs, the students must be enrolled in Broken Arrow Public Schools and the parent must complete the following:
For the Title VII Program
Complete a 506 form at the Indian Education Office located at 210 North Main at Central on Main.
For the J.O.M. Program
(1) Complete a 506 form at the Indian Education office located at
210 North Main at Central on Main.
(2) Provide the student's tribal membership card.
