Broken Arrow Public Schools is releasing a new mobile application, eSchoolPLUS Family, which will allow BAPS parents to stay connected with their child’s school progress. The mobile application is used in conjunction with Home Access Center, a web based system, providing parents with detailed, real-time information about their child.
The eSchoolPLUS Family mobile application allows parents or guardians to view their child’s classwork, schedule, grades and attendance using a smart phone or tablet. The free application is available for Apple devices, Android, and Kindle Fire and Fire Phones and uses the same login and password as Home Access Center. The application can be downloaded from iTunes, Google Play or the Amazon app store.
The District can also send building specific emergency notifications to parents when pairing eSchool and the new mobile application. This emergency broadcast can be retrieved from any mobile device using the new application.
The application is available for download and will have live data to view once Home Access Center is active for the 2016-2017 school year. Home Access Center will be active following Fall Break 2016.
The alerts parents subscribed to in Home Access Center can be viewed directly in the eSchoolPLUS mobile application using the Notification Center. The Preference option can change the alert subscriptions and email address on record with the school.
If parents have trouble accessing Home Access Center, they will need to contact their child's school site.
