Phillip Powell is a proud graduate of Broken Arrow Public Schools and has been employed with Broken Arrow since August 1997. He was the Substitute Coordinator for 5 years and moved to the Payroll Department in December 2007 as the Payroll Coordinator. Phillip is a graduate of the Oklahoma Center for School Business Management Program. Phillip and his wife, Amber, have a son; Andrew. |
