Facility Use Information
Broken Arrow Public Schools welcome the public and organizations to rent many of the district's fine facilities. The primary function of our buildings and facilities is to enhance the quality of education for all students. Our classrooms and support facilities offer the best opportunity for educational success. We are proud to have some of the finest facilities in the state. By opening its facilities for public use by community organizations, the District intends to create a limited forum.
Our intent is to share these facilities with the public and accommodate certain community and organizational events. Broken Arrow Public Schools encourages and supports the rental and/or use of our buildings and facilities.
Facility Use for Non-District Events

School Event Planning Guide
Any after-school hour event that is school related does not need a formal building use form submitted. E-mail Grant Moore, Director of Facilities, what the event is, the date, the time, rooms needed, any special arrangements needed and who is in charge of the event with contact phone numbers. The Facilities Department will notify the renter of any additional information needed and/or your approval status. Upon approval the department will then prepare the proper paperwork and send it to the appropriate site principal, custodial staff, and Plant Operations.
Events that need set up MUST BE arranged for at least TWO WEEKS in advance. This will insure items needed are available at the site, and any adjustments that need to be made can be made. NOTE: If arrangements are not made two weeks in advance you will be responsible for anything that is needed for your event set up; requested items may NOT be available. Pre-planning in advance will make your event run much more smoothly, and help your own mental attitude.
Please be specific in what is needed. Last minute needs may not be available (especially during the set up for the event).
If date, time and arrangements change, please advise Grant Moore ASAP in order for paperwork to be changed to match the new requirements.
If you cancel an event, please notify Grant Moore immediately. Failure to notify in advance will result in charges invoiced for staff time.
