Construction Services coordinates the process of pre-construction design, competitive bidding, construction management, and supervision of new construction projects from start to finish.
Located at ESC South the department may be reached by phone at 918.259.5742.
To coordinate the processes necessary to meet district goals for new construction, providing a positive and functional school environment for students, faculty, staff and the community while preparing for future growth and development of educational facilities in a cost effective manner is the mission of the department.
The Construction Services department serves as a liaison for the district between architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors.
