BAPS Foundation Grant Opportunity

Thank you for seeking an opportunity to apply for a Broken Arrow Public Schools (BAPS) Foundation Grant! The purpose of the BAPS Foundation grant system is to support innovative projects that increase interest and achievement among the students of BAPS.

Projects and activities that are not included in the district's instructional budget are a focus of the grant awards. Creativity and originality are encouraged.

The application deadline for the 2018 grant process is at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018.

Applications should be typed and submitted to Director of Public Relations Charlie Hannema via email (channema@baschools.org) or paper copy at the Education Service Center, 701 S. Main Street.

Application instructions:

  • Download and complete the 2018 Grant Application and Grant Guidelines and Instructions.
    • Your site principal will need to sign the signature page of the instructions. If you’d like to submit your application electronically, scan this page and include in your submission email.

Note: The links above will download the PDF files to your computer. Depending on your version of Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may save your progress by clicking File - - > Save As, or you can begin your application in a Word document and copy and paste into the form.

  • Email, mail, or deliver the completed coversheets, grant applications, and written consent (if applicable) to the attention of Charlie Hannema by 5:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2018.
