Hey guys it’s been awhile. I hope all of you are having a great day. To start off today’s announcements let’s talk about some sports.
The High School Soccer tryouts for upcoming 9th-12th graders are scheduled at the high school stadium. Girls’ tryouts are May 28th, 30th and 31st at 4:00-5:30pm. Boys tryouts are may 30th and 31st at 6:00-8:15pm. Participants must have a physical dated on or after May 1st, 2013. For more information, please visit the Broken Arrow website.
Tryouts for boys golf team will be Monday, May 13th, at Forest Ridge. Must have a current physical to tryout. Varsity 10th-12th grade will start at 3:00; there will also be a call back invitation to play on the course on Tuesday, May 14th, for those that the coaches decide to take another look. Please contact Coach Bryon Flam at the high school for any questions concerning the BA boys golf team.
Anyone interested in finding out about BA Mock Trial should attend our reading of next Fall’s first case this coming Wednesday, 15 May in Mr. Nulf’s room at South #140 from 3:15 to 5pm.

The representative from Barbizon USA will be in the cafeteria on Wednesday, May 15th. Stop by and learn more about what they have to offer. From 11:00 to 12:30.
If you are top 3% or 10% of the 2013 graduating class, you will need to come by Mr. Blackburn’s office before or after school to purchase your honor stole to be worn at graduation. Also, service cords are available if you have received an email form Ms. Leeburg confirming that you earned service cords for graduation. All items may purchased in Mr. Blackburn’s office before or after school for a non-refundable cost of $13 paid by cash or check.
POWDER PUFF PLAYERS! You MUST turn in your permission form to either Mrs. Dickson of Mrs. Standley no later than Tuesday, May 14 or you WILL NOT BE ABLE to play in the game on Wednesday.
Seniors – It’s here! The Annual Senior Picnic and powder puff football game will be Wednesday afternoon, May 15. Lunch will be served and you are welcome to bring your own frisbees, footballs, soccer balls etc. Your 2013 field picture will also be taken that day since it was cancelled earlier due to rain. YOU WILL NEED YOUR ID TO ENTER THE PICNIC! Bring your sunglasses, sun screen and a big smile……Graduation is the NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
Junior Jam shirts will be sold the 13th- 17th, before and after school in I-210, and during all three lunches in the cafeteria. They are$10.
