Debbie Renz attended Broken Arrow Schools and graduated in 1985. She attended Northeastern State University from 1985 to 1990, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Special Education. After graduating college, Debbie moved to Kailua, Hawaii, where she taught special education for two years. Moving back to the mainland put her in Bartlesville where she continued teaching special education and coaching athletes in Special Olympics for the next three years. A move back to Broken Arrow in the fall of 1996 brought her back to Broken Arrow Schools where she’s taught special education at both Oak Crest Elementary and Arrowhead Elementary. She returned to NSU and graduated with her Masters in Public School Administration in May of 2003. After teaching one year at the Broken Arrow Academy as an English/Computer Technology teacher, she became the principal in the fall of 2003 until May of 2011 when she moved to the Education Service Center as the Director of Instructional Services PK-12. In May of 2013, she was selected to become the Principal for Broken Arrow High School and looks forward to working with students, staff, and community members to make BAHS a model high school nationwide.

Tony Sappington was born and raised in Claremore, OK and graduated from Claremore-Sequoyah High School. Mr. Sappington went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the University of Oklahoma. He later earned a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Mr. Sappington comes to Broken Arrow Public Schools from Oologah Public Schools where he served multiple roles that include; Teacher, Coach, and Assistant Principal.

Mr. Sappington takes great pleasure and pride in the education profession, and helping students grow and succeed. He comes from a family of educators including his wife and mother. His wife, Jennie, is a first grade teacher at Oologah Public Schools. While not at work, Mr. Sappington enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters Jentrie and Trinity.

Paul Allison, Assistant Principal

Paul Allison graduated from Vinita High School in 2000. In 2005, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Education from Northeastern State University. Mr. Allison earned his Master's degree in Education Administration and Curriculum Development from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. He has been employed with Broken Arrow Public school since 2006. His wife is Jade Allison, they have a 2 year old daughter Mabri Allison and a 1 year old son, Judson Allison.

Stacy Replogle is a graduate of Cascia Hall Preparatory High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She holds a M. Ed in Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Ms. Replogle started her career teaching in the Dallas Independent School District. Prior to moving back to Tulsa, she worked for the Canyons School District in Sandy, UT as a Title I, Title III, Native American and Migrant program administrator. Upon her return to the Tulsa area, she worked at Jenks Public Schools as a Building Principal. She is coming to Broken Arrow High School from Haskell Middle school where she was an Assistant Principal for the last two years. She is excited about the upcoming school year and looking forward to serving the students and staff at BAHS. Go Tigers!

Sarah Gooldy began her career in education in 2005 after earning a Bachelor's in Secondary English Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. She then began teaching English at Tahlequah High School for three years before moving to Oklahoma City where she taught English I and English III at Putnam City High School. At North Intermediate High School, Sarah taught Pre AP English I, English I, English II, and Creative Writing; she was also a co-sponsor of the Friends of Rachel group.

Tom Hoeffner II, Assistant Principal

Thomas Hoeffner II was born and raised in Hornell, NY and is a graduate of the Hornell High School class of 1998. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History (2005) and a Master of Science in Education along with a Certificate of Advanced Study (2009) from Alfred University.  Mr. Hoeffner II has been with BAPS since 2010. He has served as the lead middle school counselor for the district and now as the assistant principal of BAHS.

Chris Hunt attended Broken Arrow schools since the seventh grade, graduating in 1978. She attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education. Ms. Hunt went on to earn her Master of Education in secondary counseling through Northeastern State University, then attended Oklahoma State University for an administration endorsement. She is currently attending classes at OSU-Tulsa pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership. Ms. Hunt has been employed with Broken Arrow Schools since 1984, first at North Intermediate as a secondary social studies/science teacher and then a guidance counselor. She went to Haskell Middle School as an assistant principal in 2001, and then to Sequoyah Middle School in 2008 as an assistant principal.

Mr. Lewis graduated from Tulsa McLain High School and attended the University of Oklahoma and the University of Tulsa. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, a Master of Arts Degree and Administrative Educational Leadership course work, all from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Lewis has served as a teacher, coach, counselor and administrator in the northeast area of Oklahoma for over 33 years. He is delighted to be serving as an administrator in the Broken Arrow Public School System. He believes that the actions of our faculty and staff have a critically important influence on our current students and tomorrow’s leaders.

Linda Ricks, Assistant Principal

Linda Ricks is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She continued her education at Northeastern State University where she earned her Masters in Education Administration. Ms. Ricks joined Broken Arrow Public Schools in 2003 where she taught Language Arts and Literature at Centennial Middle School. She has enjoyed working in the district including her time as a learning coach in 2007, Assistant Principal at Haskell Middle School from 2008-2010, and Assistant Principal at Centennial Middle School for the school years 2010-2012. Curriculum and instruction have always been a passion, and she is excited to have the opportunity as the Digital Learning Coordinator to expand educational opportunities for students.

Ms. Ricks has been married for 27 years and is the mother of two daughters.

Tammy Strickland has been a proud Broken Arrow Tiger since fourth grade and is a 1994 BAHS graduate. She attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Education Administration, Curriculum and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to her twelve years as a math teacher at Haskell Middle School,she has worked as a district learning coach, LITT (Lead Instructional Technology Teacher), and a basketball and softball coach. Tammy enjoys sharing time with family and friends, especially with her husband, Chris and their three-year-old son, Barton. Prior to this year, she served as assistant principal at South Intermediate for the 2011-2012 school year and is excited for the opportunity to serve the students and staff at BAHS.

Jason Jedamski is a native Tulsan who attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Jason’s earned his Educational Administration licensure through the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville after teaching positions in Tahlequah, Broken Arrow, Tulsa Union, and Bentonville, Arkansas. Jason is returning to Broken Arrow after four years as an assistant principal at Bentonville High School.

Jason is married to Kristin Jedamski, a small business owner in BA, and has two children, 3 year old twins Jillian and Jaxson.
