New Student Enrollment for 2019-20 school year
Pre-K - 12 grade online enrollment for the 2019-20 school year is now open. Parents/Guardians do not have to visit the enrollment center if required documents are uploaded correctly. Details are listed below.
To determine if a home/lot is within district boundaries or to discover which school a child will attend, please refer to the district maps.
Please note that transportation for Pre-K students to and from the ECCs is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian.
How to enroll:
Student must be four years old by Sept. 1, 2019 to enroll in Pre-K. For kindergarten, students must be five years old by Sept. 1, 2019.
Step 1: Gather required documents (pdf) (PLEASE NOTE: The enrollment center does not obtain your required documents for you. The school site will only request a student’s cumulative file from the previous school after the student is enrolled. Therefore, you must provide your student’s birth certificate and immunization record at the time of enrollment).
Step 2.1: Are you at home and able to upload documents? Please access the online application link from any device with internet access. Enrollment Services will email the parent when the registration is submitted. Then the parent will also receive the approval email stating the student’s enrollment is completed and the student may attend school.
Step 2.2: Are you at home and unable to upload documents? Please access the online application link from any device with internet access and complete the application by clicking on next when you get to the upload page. After you submit your application, you may bring your required document to Enrollment Services, located at Central on Main, 210 N. Main St., Broken Arrow from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please arrive by 4 p.m. for time to complete the enrollment registration.
Step 2.3: Are you unable to access online application link? Please come to Enrollment Services, located at Central on Main, 210 N. Main St., Broken Arrow, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Please arrive by 4 p.m.) Enrollment Services will have computers and assistance available.
In addition to the required documents list (pdf), if the following applies to your child, please upload or provide the these documents when you enroll.
- Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card
- Proof of Tribal Membership
- Special Education documents including any IEPs
