Broken Arrow Public Schools announces enhanced live streaming broadcast platforms
ArrowVision event broadcasts now available on connected devices
Broken Arrow Public Schools is pleased to announce enhancements to its ArrowVision streaming broadcast platforms designed to make viewing live events more convenient on televisions and connected devices.
Through a partnership with BoxCast, ArrowVision events will be available live via arrowvision.tv, the Broken Arrow Public Schools YouTube channel, Roku devices and Apple TV (4th generation or later).
To access ArrowVision content via Roku or Apple TV, download the BoxCast app and select the Broken Arrow Public Schools channel.
“We have been leading the way in live streaming content for years, and this is the next step in that process,” said Associate Superintendent of Student Services Chuck Perry. “ArrowVision content is now easily accessible in HD quality whether you’re on your phone, laptop, or smart TV.”
ArrowVision will stream all home and away football games until the state championship, in addition to select other sporting events and district activities. All Broken Arrow football games are also available on 97.1 FM The Sports Animal in the Tulsa metro area.
ArrowVision broadcasts are led by Greg Spencer, director of ArrowVision, with assistance from full-time district staff and students enrolled in ArrowVision classes at Broken Arrow High School. Charlie Hannema, BAPS director of public relations and former News On 6 sports anchor, provides play-by-play on Broken Arrow football broadcasts with color commentary from former head coach Steve Spavital.
