Volunteers needed for the Black Tie Ball Formal March 3
Volunteers are needed to chaperone for the upcoming Freshman Academy’s annual Black Tie Ball, which will be held on Saturday, March 3 from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Freshman Academy. Chaperones must be at least 21 years old.
Please consider helping to make this a fun evening for our Freshman. To volunteer to chaperone, please fill out the volunteer form and affidavit. The affidavit will need to be notarized. The form and affidavit can be submitted by email to Ms. Meservy.
