TCC classes held at NSU-BA still available for incoming juniors
Incoming Broken Arrow High School (BAHS) juniors can enroll in Tulsa Community College (TCC) classes held at the Northeastern Sate Unversity-Broken Arrow (NSU-BA) campus and earn both college and high school credit at the same time. Fall semester classes still being offered are Intro to Psychology and 20th Century World History.
The history class is worth two credits and will count as the third history requirement at BAHS.
The psychology course is a popular college elective and a necessity for those going into certain degree programs. This course will be worth two credits and will count as a year of psychology at BAHS.
In the spring, TCC will be offering new courses. If a student takes two classes each semester during their junior and senior year, he or she will leave high school with 24 college hours.
The cost for two classes (six credit hours) is $93.50, which includes books, fees, tuition and transportation.
Please see Ms. Miler in College/Career for a concurrent information packet.
