Broken Arrow High School’s Passport to Success (schedule pickup) to take place Aug. 8 - 10

Broken Arrow High School is ensuring students have a successful year by offering an event called Passport to Success. All three sessions take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following dates:

Last names A-Gp (all grades):  Tuesday, Aug. 8

Last names Gq - Op (all grades):  Wednesday, Aug. 9

Last names Oq - Z (all grades):  Thursday, Aug. 10

If parents/guardians haven’t provided online proof of residency, which includes two required annual forms, please visit www.baschools.org/ReturningStudent. This MUST be completed in order to obtain a student’s class schedule.

Chromebook insurance must also be purchased to receive their class schedule. If families decide to opt out of purchasing insurance, there will be an opportunity for parents to sign an opt out form to take responsibility of damage/lost/stolen devices.

During Passport to Success, students will be provided with a map and “passport” indicating where to obtain passport stamps and class schedules.

Stops on the journey include basic enrollment information, parking permits (cost is $40; tag information, insurance verification and valid ID are required), Chromebook information and insurance (cost is $30), Child Nutrition forms, PTSA sign-up, and others. While at each location, students will receive a stamp of approval on their passport. Once all necessary stamps are collected, they can obtain their class schedule for the 2023-24 school year. (Note: online parking permits link will be posted soon.)

In addition, several other informational booths, including transportation, child nutrition, daybreak counseling and many student organizations will be on site to answer questions. Student ambassadors will also be present to give tours to new students and families.

Please contact high school at 918-259-4700 for any questions.
