There are 2 ways to access your email:  an Outlook client or a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

If you know how to configure Outlook for Exchange then use ESC-2K3-MAIL as the server name.

Otherwise, call the helpdesk and they will do it over the phone or send someone.

Outlook is supported only on your school computer, not your home computer.

If you are outside the district network you need to use a web browser.  Just point it to the following:

http://webmail1.baschools.org/exchange/youremailname

In the above “youremailname” is the same as your district logon id.

If you are at home the appearance of the logon screen depends on the operating system of your computer.

It may have 2 (username-password) or 3 (username-password-domain) blanks.

For a 2-blank login use the following:

Username:  BAK12OKUS\username

Password:  your Windows password

For a 3-blank login use the following:

Username:  username

Password:  your Windows password

Domain:  ba.k12.ok.us

At work your email account is integrated with your Windows logon.

Even if you use a Mac at school you still have a Windows userid and password.

Our internal Windows domain remains ba.k12.ok.us after the changeover to baschools.org for email/internet.
