From the award-winning ArrowpointTV to the School News Bulletin Board,
BATV is a terrific source of information about Broken Arrow Public Schools.
Along with ArrowpointTV and the student-produced Tiger TV, BATV features
"Inside Tiger Football" and it's latest program on nutrition and wellness, "BA Healthnut."
Cox Cable Channel 20 in Broken Arrow is dedicated to educational programming.
Currently, Broken Arrow Public Schools shares Channel 20 with Northeastern State University-Broken Arrow.

 

Arrowpoint TV

Arrowpoint TV received a 2005 Award of Excellence from the Oklahoma Schools Public Relations Association – the higest recoginition given by the state chapter of the National School Public Relations Association. The hour-long news-magazine is co-hosted by Chief Communications Officer Keith Isbell and Sheila Hayden, Senior High AP English teacher and the 2005 Broken Arrow Teacher of the Year. The show features a variety of topics from classroom projects to educational trends and how they affect students in Broken Arrow. A new Arrowpoint TV is aired every two weeks. A new program is broadcast the first time on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

Arrowpoint TV airs on the following days and times:
Sunday at 7 p.m.
Monday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday at 7 a.m.
Wednesday at 11:30 and 7 p.m.
Thursday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Friday at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Saturday at 11 a.m.


Tiger TV

Tiger TV is a student-produced show that first aired in 1996 and features activities, events, and teen issues that impact Broken Arrow Senior High School students.

Tiger TV airs on the following days and times:
Sunday at 8 p.m.
Monday at 8 p.m.
Tuesday at 6 a.m.
Wednesday at 8 p.m.
Thursday at 3 p.m.
Friday at 11 a.m., noon, 8 p.m. and midnight
Saturday at noon


TMATV

Tiger Morning Announcement Television is broadcast closed circuit on the Senior High campus at the beginning of second hour every school day. TMATV is a video-production news broadcast class with segments produced, written and directed by students. The announcements may be seen on Cox Cable Channel 20 in Broken Arrow at 12:45 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year.
