Jamie MilliganDirector of Basic Programs The Special Services Center is housed at 112 North Main. This is the home of our School Psychologists, Basic Service Curriculum Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator and all of our Special Education Department Chairs. We provide specialized service to approximately 2,400 students with special needs. This department is a wealth of information on children with special needs.
