PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES

Also, eligible employees who work 6 or more hours per day will receive a monthly Flex Benefit Allowance.

If the employee does enroll in a health plan, he/she will receive a monthly flex benefit allowance of $364.24 to offset the cost of his/her health insurance.

If the employee does not enroll in a health plan, he/she will receive one of the following flex benefit allowances:

Certified Staff - $69.71
Support Staff - $189.69

• Group Life Insurance is available to eligible employees and their dependents.

• Disability Coverage is available to eligible employees. This provides employees with salary continuation if they are unable to work due to a sickness or accident.

• Cancer coverage is available to eligible employees and their dependents.

• Prepaid Legal membership is offered to eligible employees. This is a program designed to give employees and their family affordable access to legal services.

• 457 Deferred Compensation Plan: Employees who are eligible for benefits may have monthly contributions deducted from their paychecks and deposited in the 457 DCP.

• Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma: Eligible employees may participate in the Defined Benefit Plan.
