All support and non-certified employees need to fill out an application at the Education Service Center, located at 601 South Main in Broken Arrow (on the corner of 81st and Main). For clerical positions, please be advised that some testing may be required.

For substitute teaching applications, you must attend a substitue workshop, which are held a few times a year. There is a $20 cash fee for a background check and an application must be filled out, along with two copies of a driver's license and Social Security card.
